Here are some college that is good for distance PGDM: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Chandigarh University Institute of Management Technology, Centre for Distance Learning Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning IGNOU Jaipur National University.

Ministry of HRD has allowed giving a degree of distance in four categories: National Open University State Open University Institutes of National Importance DEI and stand-alone university If your institute or university is affiliated to UGC and DEB you can pursue the distance PGDM from that university. 

For the admission in distance PGDM, CAT is not a necessary factor to enroll in the program.

According to the guidelines of UGC distance MBA is equivalent to a regular PGDM.
